High quality vinyl emulsion paint formulated for opacity. Artists quality earth and traditional powder pigments provide matchless purity and quality of colour with subtle variations of colour and tone. It is not a permeable paint, and should not be used on solid walls that need to ‘breathe’ or newly-plastered surfaces.
Contains no added lead. Water-based. Actual VOC content <5g/l. 2010 EU limit 30g/litre. All Rose of Jericho paints comply with the latest environmental legislation.
To be used for the decoration of walls and ceilings. For interior use only. Porous surfaces may need priming with a mist coat of vinyl matt emulsion thinned with up to 10% water prior to the application of further coats. Rose of Jericho Vinyl Matt Emulsion is not as wipeable as modern vinyl emulsion paints.
Vinyl Matt Emulsion is available in all colours on charts C9 and C10 + White.
Matt, ‘chalky’ finish with subtle variations in colour and tone. All Rose of Jericho paints are made using powder pigments. Colour and tone variations due to these pigments and differing porosity of surfaces are inevitable. The intention is that our emulsion paints possess some of the lack of uniformity and charm of a traditional limewash or distemper paint finish
2.5 and 5 litre cans. Direct from Rose of Jericho. All paints are mixed to order.
